What does Valence actually give me?
One question runs through the whole terminal: where is the money going? Valence puts congressional trading, lobbying spend, federal contract awards and institutional filings next to ordinary company fundamentals, and ranks them so you can see who is doing well rather than only what was filed. It does not carry options flow or dark pool data, and nothing on the site is a paid placement.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free is the company research: fundamentals, financials, calendars and the screeners, with the longer tables shown as a preview. Pro removes those previews and adds the smart-money research and the model strategies. It is the same site and the same data - Pro is the version without the row cap.
Is the AI chat available?
Yes, for Pro accounts: 500,000 tokens a month are included, top-ups will follow with payments. Free accounts see the terminal but not the chat.
Is there a free trial?
There is no timed trial, because the free tier is permanent and never asks for a card. Create an account, use the fundamentals, calendars and screeners for as long as you like, and upgrade only if you want the smart-money research.
What are my payment options?

Are there any commissions in addition to the subscription plans?
No, we do not charge any additional commissions or hidden fees beyond our subscription plans.
If I upgrade to a higher plan, what happens to my current plan and balance?
Upgrades take effect immediately. Any unused time on your current plan will be automatically prorated and applied to the cost of the new plan, so you only pay the difference.
Can I switch from the monthly to the annual plan?
You can switch from the monthly plan to the annual plan. Contact us support@goldridgetech.com and any remaining balance on your monthly plan will be applied to the annual plan at checkout.
Can I cancel at any time?
Of course. There is a "Cancel Subscription" button in your account area that you get access to after signing up. You can also send us a message and we will cancel for you.
Can I request a refund?

Does the discount apply forever?
Yes — your discount is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel or your subscription lapses, the discount ends and re-subscribing will be at the regular price.
